We do not issue refunds once work has begun on a project.
Your domain is always yours. It is registered in your name from day one, and we will never hold it, whatever the state of your account.
You own the website once it is paid for. Outright if you pay upfront, or after 24 months on a financed build. Until then it is licensed to you rather than owned by you, so a site part-way through its payments is not one you can take. Settle the balance and it transfers.

How much does a website cost in Anchorage?
Our websites start at $1,500 for a simple five-page site and run to $39,997 for our most ambitious build. Most Alaska small businesses land in the $3,997 to $9,997 range. You can finance any tier over up to 24 months or pay upfront and take 25% off. App development and custom integrations sit outside those tiers and are quoted per project.
How long does a website take to build?
One week for the Minimum tier, about two weeks for Anchor, and two to three weeks for Harbor. Full custom work is quoted per project. That is weeks, not the months most agencies quote.
Do you include SEO?
On-page SEO is included with every website: structure, metadata, schema, speed and mobile. Ongoing off-page SEO is a separate $600/month service.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Most of our work is replacing sites that look dated or do not convert. We keep what is working, rebuild the rest, and redirect your old URLs so you do not lose rankings.
Do you work with businesses outside Anchorage?
Yes. We build for businesses across Alaska, from Eagle River and the Mat-Su Valley to the Kenai Peninsula, Fairbanks and Juneau. Everything is handled remotely, or in person if you are local.
Do I own the website?
You own it outright once it is paid for: immediately if you pay upfront, or after 24 months on a financed build. Until then it is licensed to you rather than owned by you, so it is not yours to take part-way through. Managed hosting, maintenance, updates, and edits are billed separately per tier.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds once work has begun on a project. Deposits and progress payments are non-refundable, which is standard for custom build work.
Do I keep my domain and website if I leave?
The domain, always. It is registered in your name and we will never hold it, whatever you owe. The website is different: it becomes yours once it is paid for, so on a financed build you can settle the remaining balance and take it with you, or leave without it. What we will never do is hold your domain, your content or your customer data to force a payment out of you.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Managed hosting, maintenance, updates, and edits are optional and have no minimum term. You can host the site yourself if you prefer, and if you use ours you can move it whenever you want. It is priced per tier.
